Why does it say my email has already been taken?

If you are currently or have recently been an Unleashed subscriber, your account is already in our new system. You simply need to reset your password to ensure your account is secure. Follow these instructions for changing your password.

What devices can be used to watch Unleashed.tv?

You can always watch Unleashed and manage your subscription from any browser right here at Unleashed.tv.

This means you can access your video content from any device you can surf the internet on. These include your computer (PC and Mac), your smartphone (iPhone, Android and Windows) and your iPad or Android Tablet.

Some modern Smart TVs and gaming consoles may also contain a browser, where you can access Unleashed.tv as you would on a desktop computer.

We also now have apps available for iOS and Android devices, as well as for AppleTV and some Samsung televisions.

How can I watch Unleashed.tv on my television?

Unleashed is now available on your TV!

Can I download Unleashed.tv episodes?

Yes, by using our Android or iOS app, you can download episodes from your Unleashed.tv subscription to your phone or tablet for offline viewing.

Once the app is installed, find the episode you want to download and click on the download icon. To view your saved episodes at a later date, open the app, and follow the main menu to Downloads. You will not need to be connected to the internet to watch these episodes.

Am I locked in to a subscription?

Come join us on the adventure for as long as you like with no lock-in contract. Need a break? Follow the instructions below to cancel your Unleashed.tv subscription:

Login to your Unleashed.tv subscription
Click on Settings
Visit your My Account > Manage Subscriptions

Click on the Unsubscribe button
